Although there were a few sites listing this product, ransom was the only one with a comprehensive machine compatibility checker. The process checking and order process was quick and easy, the part good quality and fitted out of the box. Delivery was very quick. I have now created an account and will use them again.

Not cheap for what it is, but the item fits perfectly and the quality of the item is sturdy. This is the 2nd item we’ve had from Ransom spares and delivery has been great. Will use Ransom again.

This original broke as it had a piece of metal wedged in it so snapped - so delighted to find a replacement part - had to hund around for best price which was Ransom Spares so thanks - quick delivery in fact mnuch much quicker than a Bosch Engineer waiting 2 weeks now for a part I could order here and get tomorrow!!!

Easy to find on the website, and delivered promptly - my client was without a washing machine until it came, so prompt delivery is essential for such spares.
