How returns work
Changed your mind?
Return within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 30 days. We'll arrange a free return for faulty items. Replacement or full refund — your choice.
Submit your request
Fill in the form with your order number and reason. We'll email you a returns authorisation number (RAN) within 1-2 working days.
Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
