Purchased to replace the broken flap on my Bosch tumble drier. I was concerned that the new flap might be a different shade and would ‘stand out’. A quick call to the company and the very friendly gentleman assured me it would match ….. and it did… PERFECTLY. I’m several months ‘on’ and there is absolutely no discolouration. It was easy to fit, a good price, & fast delivery. Ransom spares will be my ‘first port of call’ in future.

As usual, plastic parts tend to brake after extended use on even the best product. So when the catch on the cover flap of my Bosh tumble dryer failed after 10 years of use I was not surprised. I expected having difficulty finding the part for an old machine, but a quick look on the Ransom web site and one was found and in stock. I ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later, easily fitted and the dryer is back in full working order. Great service and the price was very reasonable as well.
