I was looking for a replacement drawer for my Siemens fridge / freezer as the handle was broken and the gaffa tape holding it all together was ugly, and was temporary. Ransome spares had exactly what I was looking for, it came so quickly and it was exactly what I needed. Delighted !

Ordered a new drawer for the freezer. Arrived promptly and an exact fit. The old chrome handle came off the old drawer and clipped onto the new drawer for a good fit. Overall, very happy with the product and the delivery

The product was broken by the couriers but the customer service were excellent. They replaced it very quickly. No problem. It doesn't come with the 'chrome' piece along the handle but this easily unclips from the original and fits the new one a treat. Very good experience thanks.

The old freezer top drawer fell to the floor on being slid out. The good news is that the new drawer is better made, and catches properly so it can't just slide out and break. So an excellent product, but £47 is a painful lesson!
