Smeg Fridge & Freezer PCB LED Light Board2425779085

My AEG Fridge SKZ81800C0 has several LED lights mounted in two PCB boards at the top of the fridge. After three years of use both lights failed. It was quite complicated getting to the lamps and involved taking everything out of the top part of the fridge and then, starting from the bottom, removing panels covering a column in the rear of the fridge. I could then remove the lamp assembly unplug the PCB boards from a connector at the rear and then change the two lamp PCBs. The Lamp PCBs already had wires connected, so no need to do any soldering to the board. The pins on the connector at the other end were difficult to remove so I ended up cutting the connector wires and joining them to the PCB wires. (I soldered these together.) Lamps have been up and running now for several weeks with no problems.
