My fridge freezer is 17 years old but still going strong. It has become increasingly difficult to find parts for it so I was very happy to come across Ransom Spares in a Google search. I had trouble locating the part I wanted so I emailed for support. I received a very prompt response to my enquiry, and once I had provided the model and serial number I had another message to tell me that the part was in stock and I was sent a direct link so that I could just click on that and go straight to the part on their website. Although I had a minor issue with my order, customer services again responded promptly. The part was dispatched quickly and arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I will have no hesitation in using Ransom Spares in future should I need more parts for my aged kitchen appliance.
