The shelf in my fridge had been broken for a while, and despite persevering with a combination of gaffer tape and blind hope that the milk wouldn't fall out when opening the door, the time had come to find a replacement. The biggest thing putting me off was the worry that I'd order a part that didn't fit, but the website was easy to use as I just entered my fridge make and model then selected from the list based on the serial number. It's definitely worth double-checking the dimensions though because I did this on other sites and the recommended shelf showed a different size. The part arrived within 2 working days (despite selecting the standard postage), was well-packaged, and fit perfectly. In conclusion, I'm delighted with my purchase and only wish I'd ordered it earlier.
