After 20 years it was difficult to see the dials on my Smeg range cooker. Having to take it apart to replace other failed parts made me look at these bulbs, which were no longer held in place because the plastic had become brittle & broken. New ones were quick & easy to fix, and gave me the opportunity to clean the dials too, which were very dirty. What a revelation! Almost as good as new (come on, the dials are 20 years old!) A quick, easy & very successful fix.
