Great delivery service and next day i had the oven repaired

This was the perfect spare element for my Smeg oven. I followed the helpful videos on this site and accessing and removing the old element was straightforward. This replacement was almost identical to the one it replaced. Installation was very easy -just make sure you put pegs on the wires to stop them disappearing in the back the oven (as warned in the video).

The spare part was received in very good time. My Dad fitted it for me and it was a nice straightforward replacement. My oven is back working at full capacity. No complaints at all.

There were 2 versions of this part and I got a rapid reply (email) about which to order. Product seems fine no problems very easy to fit.

Easy to find product on the site - Arrived promptly and with the aid of Ransom utube video I had no problem fitting it. Guessing I saved myself a fortune by avoiding getting a contractor out to repair. Felt quite smug telling my boyfriend that I fixed our cooker and how (like everyone should know how to fit an element! :-)
